Steeli is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
